Bloglines is the best of the tools I've used and the most useful to me. Other people seemed to have trouble with RSS feeds but I love them, it helped that i'd already used them before. I find bloglines useful to keep track of library issues through other library blogs, i can quickly browse topic headings and see if anything catches my interest. It saves trailing through individual blogs. I have found some useful links using bloglines which i'm sure i would have missed otherwise. It is important to check the account daily as with emails it can become filled easily but as i said it is just a matter of skimming headlines and deleting those you don't want. If you don't have time to read the interesting items you can save for later on.
